disputes and emergent proceedings. In addition to handling commercial litigation, she also practices in the area of probate law, including estate and trust litigation and matters before Surrogate’s Courts.
Ms. Nejes graduated from Bucknell University with a B.A. in Economics and English. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law where she served as Notes Editor for the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. She is a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Frederick C. Kentz, Jr., Chancery Division, General Equity Part, Union Vicinage. Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Nejes served as Staff Attorney for Office of the Union Surrogate, advising on a wide range of matters in Superior Court, Probate Part.
Ms. Nejes is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association, including the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section and the American Bar Association. She has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for the Morris and Sussex Vicinage working to provide recommendations to the court for the advancement of the interests of children in foster care.
