KIERAN P. DEMASI is a member of the Firm’s Litigation Department where he concentrates on commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as a law clerk with the I.R.S. Office of Chief Counsel.

Mr. DeMasi graduated in 2024 from Seton Hall University, School of Law. While at Seton Hall, he worked as a Research Assistant for Professor Tracy Kaye and interned with the Honorable Mala Sundar in the New Jersey State Tax Court. He served as Secretary on the Executive Boards of Lambda Law Alliance and Tax Law Society. Mr. DeMasi was also a member of the Jessup International Moot Court team.

Prior to law school, Mr. DeMasi graduated from Skidmore College earning Bachelor of Arts in Economics and German and receiving a minor in International Affairs.
