Summary of Practice
Mark R. Mikhael works in the Firm’s Litigation Department where he concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and construction law while supporting the Family Law Department. Prior to joining the firm, he served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Keith E. Lynott, J.S.C., Law Division, Civil Part, Essex Vicinage.
He is a 2021 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law. During his time at Seton Hall, he interned for the Hon. Judge Vincent F. Papalia at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey, a Fortune 500 company’s legal department, and with the New Jersey Law Revision Commission.
Prior to studying law, Mark graduated Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and literature from Ramapo College of New Jersey where he was a member of the Psi Chi and Sigma Tau Delta honor societies. He subsequently earned a Master of Fine Arts degree from the City University of New York before embarking on a career in higher education.
Mark is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association as well as the Essex County Bar Association. He presently serves as a mediator for the Essex County Bar Association’s Special Civil Part Volunteer Attorney Mediator Program.
